We are now Employee Owned!

As of Monday 3^rd October 2022, Edward McMurray, Managing Director and sole owner of the Solihull based construction company, E Manton Limited transferred ownership of the business to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).

Edward set up the EOT in order to build on everything that has been achieved, since he took ownership over 30 years ago, to promote and protect the long-term interests of the business, giving employees the opportunity to feel invested in and well-equipped to contribute to its future. Going forward employees can look forward to income tax-free bonuses.

Edward will remain active in the business following the transfer and will continue to work with Pete Buss and Phil Steele on the Board of Directors.
