We are delighted to announce that we have secured places on three significant new frameworks.

These appointments further verify and reinforce our reputation for consistently delivering cost efficient, value enhancing, high quality construction solutions across health, education, local authority, residential, and commercial sectors.

BSOL Procurement Collaborative NHS Measured Term Framework
We have been successfully appointed to 9 lots on the Birmingham and Solihull (BSOL) Collaborative NHS Measured Term Small and Large Value Works Framework, acting on behalf of:

  • University Hospitals Birmingham
  • Birmingham Women’s and Children’s NHS Foundation Trust
  • The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital
  • Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust
  • Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

These appointments cover works ranging in value from £250k to £1.5m and will include refurbishment, reactive and planned maintenance across multiple healthcare facilities in the Birmingham and Solihull region.

NEUPC Building Refurbishment Services Framework
We have also been appointed to the North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium (NEUPC) Building Refurbishment Services Framework, specifically:

  • Lot 3C: Projects valued between £1.5m – £4m (Midlands)
  • Lot 4C: Projects valued between £4m – £10m (Midlands)

Under this framework, we will deliver comprehensive refurbishment services across a variety of university facilities, including:

  • Laboratories and lecture theatres (small and complex)
  • Libraries, cafés, and commercial kitchens
  • Offices (individual and open plan), public areas, and accommodation
  • Meeting rooms, conference spaces, and plant areas

And finally, the GEM (Good Estate Management) Framework which supports education and public sector clients with easily accessible and fast track procurement routes for capital projects and maintenance requirements to support their estates management teams.

We are delighted to confirm our appointment to deliver Capital Projects ranging from £250,000 to £1 million and exceeding £1 million in the West & East Midlands regions:

The frameworks are set to run for four years, offering exciting opportunities to collaborate on essential upgrades and enhancements across the education, healthcare and wider public sector estates.
